Pre-Construction
Lexmen Construction LLC supports PennDOT and transportation infrastructure projects through bid support, scope review, manpower planning, and work sequencing coordination. Construction
We perform reinforcing steel placement and structural concrete support on PennDOT bridge, roadway, and transportation infrastructure projects. Our crews operate in full compliance with PennDOT standards, OSHA regulations, and prime contractor requirements, delivering disciplined production, quality installation, and safe work execution on active highway jobsites.
Post-Construction
Upon completion, Lexmen Construction supports PennDOT project closeout through site cleanup, punch-list completion, inspection readiness, and coordination with primes and inspectors. We ensure all reinforcing steel work meets PennDOT acceptance standards and project documentation requirements.
